Richard is a licensed architect and former college professor with deep expertise in architectural design, building systems, and emerging industry trends. His work is driven by continuous research and innovation.

He earned his Bachelor of Architecture in the Dominican Republic and has worked extensively as a project architect for over 25 years.

As an NCARB-certified architect, he demonstrates a strong commitment to high professional standards, which also facilitates licensure across U.S. jurisdictions.
